The Brain Imaging Methods Group meets on alternate Tuesday lunch times at 1.30pm (although occasionally this pattern is broken - check the dates). If you are interested in receiving emails about upcoming meetings, please contact me.
We are a research seminar group for all those interested in developing their knowledge of brain imaging (not just fMRI). Most of our sessions are led by internal speakers but suggestions for external speakers are always welcome.
The idea is that everyone who turns up regularly takes a turn leading the group. The sessions are informal and can be either journal-club type format, or discussions of current or future work. The group's members are quite broad, from 'expert fmri-ers' to people just starting to learn the techniques. The schedule for next academic year is still being finalised. Please email any suggestions for topics or speakers to
please also email me to join the email list so that I can keep you up to date with room changes, new speakers and the like.
